On-Point appraisers are accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). We provide professional valuations for a variety of residential properties. Youliana began her successful career as a real estate agent in 2002. In 2009, she started training with Lawrenson Walker as a junior appraiser. For over 10 years, she has served Burnaby, New Westminster. Maple Ridge, and Tri-Cities communities during her time at Campbell & Pound – a prominent appraisal firm in BC's Lower Mainland – and has achieved a senior appraiser status.
